Morning Smoothie

Today's Breakfast

Mango Muscle Milk Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients

Roughly half of 11 fl oz. container of muscle milk
5-6 mango slices (bought pre-cut in store)
6 frozen whole strawberries
a splash of cranberry juice

Blend. Not bad for a morning smoothie pre-workout.
